I was in Nuvali last Monday, April 25, for a briefing on Santierra’s newest phase: Tranche 4.
Was my first time to enter Santierra territory and was missing the flatlands of Avida and Treveia until I saw the ridge lots! WOW!
Behind that tent is a deep ravine, overlooking the Diezmo river. Imagine having that as your backyard view–you’ll really feel so remote and ”away from it all”…even if you’re really next door to the (future) commercial district of Nuvali! Even in high school I’ve already wanted a house atop a cliff overlooking a body of water… Hayyyy should I claim it?
Here’s the viewdeck on one of Tranche 4′s high points. Terrain here is really much like a roller coaster– I can’t imagine biking in Santierra without having to stop to recoup every two minutes !

Santierra’s newly opened Tranche 4 has 122 total salable lots at P13,500-17,200/square meter. Priority selling is on May 8, Sunday. Letters of intent to buy are being accepted now until May 3. Let me know please if you or your friends and family are interested.
