Parkway Settings Nuvali opens today!

Have long waited for this new Avida community next to Venare to open.

Located in Nuvali South, Parkway Settings is Avida Land’s 4th community inside Nuvali.

    Woah, so the houses look very much the same as those in ASN.  And they made the “Green Ribbon” the “Green Lane”.

    The whole community is in a smaller parcel of land than AVN, but since the houses are much bigger, then the density is lower.  I would assume the elevation is higher than AVN as well, being nearer to Venare.Interesting :)

      It looks very promising, and location is also to beat– right across the wakepark, within walking distance from the future mall, and it’s part of Nuvali South so general elevation is higher than ASNU.  From Parkway Settings you can see Laguna de Bay, Makiling and Tagaytay–wowow. 

      And ang dami pang choice lots!  

      Earliest construction date is October 2012 though, so I’m guessing earliest occupants will be in Q2 2013 already.

      Hi! Payment terms on offer are as follows:

      I. Spot CashPaid in 30 days
      Discount: 7% on Gross Selling Price (GSP) without VAT

      II. Deferred Payment Term (2-year Interest Free Term)
      Minimum Spot Downpayment : 0%
      Balance Payable : over 23-24 months

      III. Financing Schemes

      1. In-house Financing
      Minimum Downpayment : 20% (can be stretched up to 12 months)
      Balance Payable : 80%
      5 years @ 14% interest
      10 years @ 16% interest

      2. Bank Financing
      Minimum Downpayment : 20% (can be stretched up to 12 months)
      Balance Payable : 80%
      Terms and interest rates depend on bank.

      Kindly note that you may get extra discounts for spot downpayments and for submitting all docs in a timely manner (usually within 30 days).
