Avida doesn’t make advance announcements when it’s about to launch a new sector, so I was surprised to see an alert that the long-awaited Sector B3 of Parkway Settings Nuvali is now open for sale:
This is the last area to be opened in this 20-hectare community, which I first described as “too good to resist” when it was launched in October 2011. Read more about it here and here.
I’ve highlighted the VAT-free lots on the map above (click to zoom in), ideal for those looking to invest in the smallest possible lot in Nuvali.

UPDATE as of 9pm today, May 4, 2012: All 56 lots in B3 are now reserved (all taken in less than a day!). Please let me know if you’re seriously interested so we can be on stand by should a lot re-open.
